Hello WoDBO Community!

We're thrilled to share some exciting news with all of you who have been supporting our game through thick and thin.

Historic Milestone Achieved!

For the first time in 17 years, WoDBO has reached an incredible 424 active players last night! What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that this is the first time we've maintained such a high player count without experiencing any lag issues. The servers are running smoothly, providing an optimal gaming experience for everyone.

Thank You for Your Patience

We want to express our deepest gratitude to our amazing community for your exceptional patience during our recent challenges. Despite facing a significant bug that took the server offline for around 16 hours, you waited and came back stronger than ever! WoDBO is now back in its "ultra instinct state," performing better than ever before. Your understanding and loyalty during this downtime truly demonstrates what an incredible community we have.

Perfect Time to Join

If you haven't jumped into the action yet or have friends who are considering it, now is the ideal time to start! This season will be running for an extended period, as we don't plan to launch another season this year. Our team has other exciting projects in development that will be taking our focus, ensuring this current season will be long-lasting.

The server will be back online at 5:00 PM (Polish time).
We apologize for the long wait, but the issue has been resolved.
As compensation, each account will receive 5 extra days of PACC.

New client design implemented.
New proxy system introduced.
In-game script editor disabled.

Combat Changes
Punching bags no longer die.

New Specials:
Ki Barrier – “Defend ki for 3s + stun on you”.
Counter – “Melee def for 2s”.

Shops & Items
Shop/Event Shop added to the Module.
Energy and Destruction Energy items are back.
Energa has returned.
Senzu Containers added to the shop.
Health Boost removed from the shop.
Mystic Set removed from the shop.

Events
Evil vs Good event is back – “10-minute event”.
MVP system returns:
10% chance to spawn randomly.
Guaranteed at 7:00 PM CET in the Event Room.
Future MVPs now have 50% less health.

Crafting
Ultimate Majin Power Core and Ultimate Mafuba Power Core added.

Dear Players,

We've been carefully listening to your feedback on the beta version of WoDBO Reborn. Many of you expressed that while you appreciated the effort, you missed the authentic feel of the original WoDBO that you've come to love over the years.

The Big Announcement

We hear you loud and clear! After thoughtful consideration, we've made two important decisions:

  1. WoDBO Classic is coming on May 9th! The experience you know and love will return as WoDBO Reborn was originally scheduled to launch.
  2. The beta version has found a new home! Rather than scrapping our work on the new version, we're rebranding it as dbko.net (longtime players will recognize this as our original server name).

Improvements to WoDBO Classic

We're not just bringing back the original game—we're making it better! Here's what you can expect:

  • Improved Connection for Brazilian Players: We're implementing the same proxy system currently used on wono, significantly reducing ping for our BR community!
  • Performance Enhancements: Several improvements will be ported over to ensure a better gameplay experience.
  • No More Lag Issues: Our infrastructure upgrades mean you'll experience WoDBO Classic without the frustrating lag of the past.

  • Launch Date: May 9th, 2025
  • Channel Structure: Just 1 channel will be available—if it gets crowded, you'll need to compete for spots! (Think of it as part of the adventure!)
  • dbko.net Timeline: Our rebranded experience is expected to be completed in the 4th Quarter of this year.
