1) To change channel, you have to be now in PZ
2) we have added to 2 additional requirements to get 80% reduction in exp loss in PVE death:
- you can't be PZ Locked
- you can't have white or red skull
Which means, if you are PZ Locked or with a SKULL, you will lose exp as normal - 100%
